Having hands-on experience is the best way to get familiar with a career and what an industry entails. If you're already curious about a particular type of work, our program can help you the industry exposure you need.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Have you considered working in the marine industry?

("sea legs" welcome, but not required)

Learn and work in a new field, all while gaining industry experience.

Elevate, Empower, Employ offers learning and work experiences in fields such as HR, technology, logistics, design, health and safety, marine transportation, and education. We've partnered with our members who offer unique work experiences that could eventually lead to full-time employment.

The Elevate, Empower, Employ program is open to women-identifying job seekers who are between the ages of 18-24.

Our program is launching now and includes three stages:

Career Readiness Portal

Gain the skills you need to succeed in the marine sector. You'll start with resources to help you build your knowledge and skills, from online webinars to digital training workshops.

Mentorship

We'll introduce you to industry leaders and voices to help you build confidence while gaining new skills. You'll get to network with professionals and make new connections.

Company Placement

We'll match you with a business or organization for a paid work placement!
